My Evaluation
To evaluate my Magazine I first asked myself 7 really important questions about my magazine:
Q1: In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
Q2: How does my media product represent particular social groups?
Q3: What kind of media institution might distribute my magazine?
Q4: Who would be my audience for my media product?
Q5: How did I attract my audience?
Q6: What have I learnt about technologies from the process of constructing my magazine?
Q7: What have I learnt from creating my college magazine at the start of the year?
All these questions made me look at each decision I made in my magazine and why I did it. It also made me look at some of the flaws I made like going against some basic conventions for example not a clear selling line.

Reasons for my post production surveying
I decided to survey random people both in college and on Facebook with two broad questions to allow them to state their opinion openly and not feel like they are being pestered or restricted, my questions were:
1) What do you like about my Front Cover, Contents Page and Double Page Spread?
2) What do you not like about my Front Cover, Contents Page and Double Page Spread or will change if you could?
This is because not every student is media student at my college, actually most of the students interviewed weren't media students. So asking a non media student about the 'Stand-first' isn't really practical because they wouldn't be familiar with the terminology. Asking them simply what they like/dislike gives the the freedom to pick out things I've never though about, or suggest things that will improve my magazine. Also this will not take long at all, nobody likes spending for ever on a survey.
